Requirements and Qualifications
All positions require a professional background with specific educational qualifications and work experience. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BSc, BA) in a relevant field is required for most roles, with a master’s degree (MSc, MBA) preferred for management positions. The necessary work experience varies widely, from a minimum of 2 years to 12 years, depending on the specific position and its seniority. The company is also looking for candidates with a range of additional skills, including computer literacy, strong communication, and leadership abilities.
