1. Branch Accountant
Role Overview: The Branch Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations and records of a designated branch. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and banking procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the branch’s accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
- Support branch management in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A BA degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of banking experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a Customer Service Officer or an equivalent role.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Role Overview: The Senior Customer Service Officer will handle cash transactions and provide a high level of service to bank customers. This role involves managing cash operations and ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all cash operations.
- Adhere to all cash handling and security policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A BA degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 1 year as a Customer Service Officer or an equivalent role.
