Nib International Bank S.C. is seeking a Graduate Trainee to join its team within the Mekelle District. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who wish to start their careers in the banking industry. The role involves supporting various operational and administrative tasks within a branch setting.
Responsibilities
👉 Contribute to daily branch operations and customer service activities.
👉 Assist senior staff with administrative duties and reporting.
👉 Participate in training programs to develop a solid understanding of banking products and services.
👉 Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
This position is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or Banking & Finance, or a related business field.
Graduation Year: Must be a graduate of the 2024 G.C. or 2025 G.C. academic year.
Age: 25 years and below.
Academic Standing:
👉 Male candidates: A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
👉 Female candidates: A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above.
Experience: No prior work experience is required.
Location
The position is based at branches under the Mekelle District.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be provided as per the salary scale of the Bank, in addition to attractive fringe benefits.
