​Nib International Bank S.C. is seeking a Graduate Trainee to join its team within the Mekelle District. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who wish to start their careers in the banking industry. The role involves supporting various operational and administrative tasks within a branch setting.
​Responsibilities
​👉 Contribute to daily branch operations and customer service activities.
👉 Assist senior staff with administrative duties and reporting.
👉 Participate in training programs to develop a solid understanding of banking products and services.
👉 Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
​Qualifications and Requirements
​This position is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
​Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or Banking & Finance, or a related business field.
​Graduation Year: Must be a graduate of the 2024 G.C. or 2025 G.C. academic year.
​Age: 25 years and below.
​Academic Standing:
​👉 Male candidates: A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
​👉 Female candidates: A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above.
​Experience: No prior work experience is required.
​Location
​The position is based at branches under the Mekelle District.
​Salary and Benefits
​Salary will be provided as per the salary scale of the Bank, in addition to attractive fringe benefits.
