Enat Bank, a private financial institution focused on providing financial access to women, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Junior Customer Service Specialist at its Gondar Branch.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
👉 Receive and deliver physical cash to and from the Cash Administrator.
👉 Collect and validate original payment instruments against the system.
👉 Issue and sign payment instruments.
👉 Verify and validate DRS incoming transfers.
👉 Initiate DRS outgoing transfers.
👉 Exchange cash denominations and post the transactions.
👉 Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
👉 Education: Graduates from 2024 or 2025 G.C. with a BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
👉 GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
👉 Experience: No prior experience is required.
👉 Age: Age 25 or below.
👉 Other: Must pass a mandatory exit exam.
