Requirements and Qualifications
Engineers:
👉 Office Engineer Head: BSc in Engineering/Construction Technology and Management with 5+ years of experience in road/railway/dam construction.
👉 Site Engineer: BSc in Civil Engineering/Building Construction Technology with 5+ years of experience in road/railway/building construction.
👉 Safety Engineer: BSc in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology and Management with 4+ years of experience in road/railway/dam construction.
👉 Construction Engineer: BSc in Civil Engineering or related fields with 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in construction.
Operators:
👉 Industrial Electrician: Diploma in Electrical Technology or TVET Diploma with 4+ years of experience in a construction company.
👉 Sand Maker Operator: Auto Mechanic Level IV or General Mechanic or related with 2 years of experience.
👉 Excavator Operator: 10th Grade with Special Driving License and 8+ years of experience.
👉 Roller Operator (tyre): 10th Grade with a Special Driving License and 8+ years of experience.
👉 Crusher Operator: Auto Mechanic Level IV or General Mechanic or related with 8+ years of experience.
👉 Auxiliary Equipment Operator: TVET Level 4 Diploma or 10th Grade with Special Driving License and Hoze Squeeze with 3/5 years of experience.
👉 Water Truck Driver: 10th Grade with a Complete & Liquid II Driving License or Level 4 Driving License, and 6 years of experience.
Foreman and Others:
👉 Structural Foreman: 10/12th Grade with 5+ years of experience as a structural foreman in road construction and building finishing.
👉 Senior Accountant: BA in Accounting or related field with 6+ years of experience in construction.
Location
The roles are based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, at projects located around Gotera Express Way to Saris Road. The head office is located on Debrezeit Road.
