Requirements and Qualifications
Branch Manager-I, II, IV: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Underwriting Officer-I: 1 year of experience, with a background in Mathematics or a related field preferred for some locations.
Cashier-Secretary: 1 year of experience.
Senior Engineering Officer: 4 years of experience.
Director, Reinsurance Service: 5 years of experience.
Senior Facility Admin. Officer: 4 years of experience.
Locations: Addis Ababa (Head Office and various branches), Desie, Adama, and Bishoftu.
Salary and Benefits: The compensation package is competitive and will be provided according to the company’s internal policy.
