General Responsibilities
Successful candidates for these positions will be responsible for providing leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight within their respective departments, contributing to the bank’s strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Management Roles (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12)
➠ Provide strategic direction, management, and oversight of the assigned department or branch.
➠ Lead and mentor subordinate staff to ensure high performance and service quality.
➠ Develop and implement work plans and policies aligned with the bank’s overall objectives.
Senior Officer and Officer Roles (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11)
➠ Execute specialized tasks requiring deep technical knowledge and experience in fields such as audit, credit information, or project management.
➠ Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.
➠ Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-specific strategies and improvements.
Junior Architect Role (13)
➠ Support the design, planning, and management of the bank’s infrastructure projects, including branches and facilities.
➠ Produce technical drawings, reports, and documentation as required by the projects team.
