Vacant Positions
1. Branch Manager I (for IFB Full-Fledged Branch)
Role Overview: This managerial role involves overseeing operations within a full-fledged Islamic Finance Banking (IFB) Branch. The position requires a thorough understanding of local IFB regulations, Sharia compliance requirements, and general banking operations.
Place of Work: For IFB Full-Fledged Branches located under South and North Finfinne Districts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
π Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Finance.
π Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience. Managerial experience is preferable.
2. Senior Data Analyst
Role Overview: The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging data to inform business decisions. This position requires strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, database management, and programming.
Place of Work: Head Office (IT Systems Management Directorate).
Requirements & Qualifications:
π Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. π Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in Data and Analytics trainings and certifications is advantageous.
3. Research and Publication Officer
Role Overview: This role is dedicated to conducting research, market analysis, and preparing publications related to banking, industry, and product knowledge to support the bank’s strategic objectives.
Place of Work: Head Office (Marketing and Research Directorate).
Requirements & Qualifications:
π Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study.
π Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
4. Junior District IT Officer
Role Overview: The Junior District IT Officer will provide essential IT support and maintenance services at the district level, focusing on infrastructure and platform landscape management.
Place of Work: Finfinne City, Dire Dawa, Jimma, and Nekemte District Offices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
π Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, System/Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
π Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
5. Junior Attorney
Role Overview: The Junior Attorney will be responsible for legal support, conducting legal research, and managing legal documentation, with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution.
