1. Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer

| Place of Work | Branches in Dire Dawa City (Harrar City, Haramaya, Kombolcha, Jimma, Chiro, Gode, and Gubre), Dire Dawa District Office. |
| Education & Experience | Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any other related field of study, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |

2. Branch Accountant

General Requirements
- Gender: Both
- Age: Less than 30 years of age.
- Additional/Special Skill: Knowledge of basic computer skills for the position, Customer Service handling and good Oral Communication Skill are required.
- Terms of Employment: Permanent basis after completion of 60 days of probationary period.
- Salary & Benefit Packages: As per the salary scale of the Bank.
