Position 1: Branch Manager Grade C
Role Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch, including leadership of the team, achievement of performance targets, management of risk, and fostering strong customer relationships in line with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Directing and managing all day-to-day operational activities and customer service functions within the branch.
👉 Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals for the branch.
👉 Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
👉 Leading, coaching, and motivating branch staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
👉 Managing the branch’s budget and controlling operational expenses.
👉 Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients and the local business community.
Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Level and Work Experience:
👉 Option A (Postgraduate): MA or MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related field with 6.5 years of experience in the banking industry. 👉 Option B (Undergraduate): BA Degree in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry.
Specific Experience Requirements: 👉 Must include a minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator position Grade A.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Role Overview
The Senior Customer Service Specialist is an experienced frontline role responsible for executing a wide range of banking transactions, resolving advanced customer inquiries, and serving as a key resource for less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Performing complex banking operations, including handling large deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
👉 Resolving customer complaints and service issues efficiently and professionally.
👉 Providing detailed information to customers about the bank’s products and services.
👉 Ensuring all transactions are processed in strict compliance with internal bank procedures and controls.
👉 Mentoring and supporting junior Customer Service staff as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Level and Work Experience:
👉 BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or any other related field.
👉 A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in banking operations.
Specific Experience Requirements:
👉 Must include at least 6 months of experience on a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position.
