Gihon Saccos L.T.D, a growing and dynamic cooperative, is committed to providing high-quality financial and related services to its members and the community. We are expanding our operations and are seeking fifteen (15) motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Personnel to join our team at the Wolaita Sodo Branch.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Promote the organization’s products and services to existing and potential customers.
👉 Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
👉 Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
👉 Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
👉 Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
👉 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
👉 Minimum of 0–1 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in financial services or cooperatives is an advantage).
👉 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
👉 Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
👉 Ability to work independently and meet targets.
👉 Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
👉 Fluency in Amharic; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
