Ansif Construction is seeking four (4) qualified individuals to fill the role of Junior Site Engineer. The successful candidates will be integral to supporting construction activities on-site, specifically for projects located in the Gelemso-Mechara-Micheta area. This position is designed for individuals at the start of their engineering career, providing essential experience in site management, project execution, and technical support under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities
The Junior Site Engineer will be responsible for a range of technical and managerial support duties, focusing on the efficient progression of construction work.
- 👉 Assist senior engineers in critical project aspects, including comprehensive planning and design phases.
- 👉 Conduct regular and detailed site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- 👉 Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including the supervision of labor teams and the organization and flow of essential construction materials.
- 👉 Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the site management team.
- 👉 Ensure all construction activities adhere to established engineering principles and company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Location: The primary workplace for this position is the project site located in Gelemso-Mechara-Micheta. The company head office is located in Addis Ababa.

- 👉 A Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a closely related field of study is mandatory.
- 👉 Relevant work experience ranging from 0 to 2 years is required, making this an excellent role for recent graduates or those with minimal initial experience.
- 👉 Demonstrated ability to work effectively on remote construction sites.
- 👉 Foundational knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
