Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Role Overview: The Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of banking services to customers. This role involves processing transactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of client interaction while adhering to bank procedures.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
👉 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
👉 Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically serving as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
Position 2: Junior Customer Service Officer
Role Overview: The Junior Customer Service Officer provides essential support to the branch, assisting with various banking transactions and ensuring all client requests are handled efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining effective branch operations and service quality.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
👉 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
👉 Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience serving as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
