Internal Audit Department Vacancies
Global Bank Ethiopia S.C. invites qualified professionals to apply for two critical roles within its Internal Audit Department at the Head Office. We are seeking experienced individuals to strengthen our audit capacity across IT systems and general banking operations.
1. Principal IT Auditor
Required Number: 1 (One)
Role Overview: The Principal IT Auditor is responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex information technology audits. This role ensures the security, integrity, and compliance of the Bank’s IT infrastructure and systems, reporting directly on technological risks and control effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications:
👉 Education (Minimum): BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
👉 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
👉 Seniority: At least 1 year of experience must be in a senior position.
2. Senior Internal Auditor
Required Number: 1 (One)
Role Overview: The Senior Internal Auditor conducts comprehensive operational, financial, and regulatory audits across various departments and branches. The role involves assessing risks, evaluating internal controls, developing audit programs, and preparing detailed audit reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
👉 Education (Minimum): BA Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field.
👉 Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience.
👉 Specific Experience: At least 2 years of the total experience must be in auditing.

Salary: As per the Bank’s standard Salary Scale.
