Jigjiga University is seeking five (5) outstanding and highly qualified individuals to join the School of Law as Lecturers. These academic opportunities are for passionate professionals dedicated to teaching, legal research, and community service, contributing to the growth and intellectual environment of the University.
Role Overview
The appointed Lecturers will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal education, engaging in impactful research activities, providing mentorship to students, and actively participating in departmental and institutional academic affairs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Background:
👉 Qualification: Master’s Degree (LL.M) or M.A. in Law (related fields may be considered).
👉 Degree Correlation: Both the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees must be in related fields.
👉 Thesis Requirement: The Master’s thesis must have a grade of B+ or Very Good.
Academic Performance (CGPA Minimums): Specific minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) requirements apply across both degrees:
