Grader Operator
Yonab Construction, a leading organization in the construction and transportation sector, is recruiting two (2) skilled Grader Operators to join its project teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and precision of earthwork and surface preparation across our construction sites.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate motor grader equipment to perform road construction, maintenance, and leveling tasks.
- Grade surfaces to ensure proper slope, smoothness, and drainage.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain the grader before and after operation
Requirements and Qualifications
Quantity Required: 2
Educational Background:
👉 Completion of 10th Grade (or equivalent).
👉 Must possess a Special Driving License appropriate for operating motor grader equipment.
Experience:
👉 Minimum Years Of Experience: 0 years (Recent graduates or newly licensed operators are encouraged to apply).

Work Place: Project Sites (Implied to be managed from the Addis Ababa Head Office)
