- Experience: 7 years relevant experience, of which 3 years in Senior Underwriting Officer or Senior Claims Officer or 4 years in Underwriting Officer II or Claims Officer II or in a similar position

2. Research and Product Development Division Head
- Grade: X
- Education: Banking and Insurance or Management or Marketing or Economics or in related fields
- Experience: 7 years relevant experience, of which 3 years in Senior Officer or 4 years in Officer I or in a similar position

3. Senior Public Relation and Communication Officer
- Grade: VII
- Education: Marketing or Journalism or Public Relation or Management or in related fields
