1. Branch Manager I

Required Education & Experience

👉 Education: BA degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.

👉 Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with a required track record of supervisory or managerial experience.

👉 Leadership: Demonstrated ability in risk mitigation, decision-making, setting priorities, and customer focus.

👉 Management: Proven skills in team building, delegation, and managing high-quality product and service delivery.

2. Senior Architect

Required Education & Experience

👉 Education: BSc or MSc Degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Technology Management, or a related field of study.

👉 Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in construction and building area.

Key Competencies

👉 Project Management: Expertise in architectural design, construction cost management, and quality assurance.

👉 Contract Management: Proficient in managing procurement, contract administration, and project documentation.

👉 Core Skills: Focus on perseverance, continuous learning, integrity, and timely delivery of results.

3. Senior Entrepreneurship Development Officer

Required Education & Experience

👉 Education: BA degree in Economics, Business Management, Organizational Development, Accounting, or a related field.

👉 Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Competencies

👉 Strategic Planning: Competency in individual and problem-solving skills, and formulating and executing development strategies.

👉 Marketing & Relationship Management: Proficiency in using CRM, marketing, and communication tools to build and sustain customer relationships.

👉 Growth Focus: Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for institutional growth and development.

4. Electrical Engineer

Required Education & Experience

👉 Education: BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.

👉 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in building electrical designing or reviewing installations.

Key Competencies

👉 Technical Expertise: Demonstrated competency in electrical design, installation quality control, and reviewing complex electrical schematics.

👉 System Management: Skills focused on the maintenance and operability of the DR facilities of the Bank.

👉 Financial Acumen: Proficiency in construction cost management and cost and value management specific to electrical works.

5. Quantity Surveyor

Required Education & Experience

👉 Education: BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field of study.

👉 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the building or construction area.

Key Competencies

👉 Cost Management: Expertise in meticulous measurement, cost estimation, and detailed quantification of construction works.

👉 Technical Skills: Competency in surveying techniques, material estimation, and application of technical knowledge.

👉 Contract Administration: Proficiency in managing construction contracts and ensuring all financial and procurement processes adhere to standards.

👉 Location: Head Office (Construction Projects Directorate).
