The hiring institution is seeking qualified candidates for five positions, with an application deadline of December 18, 2025. All vacancies are located in Addis Ababa or the Head Office.
1. General Services Officer
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and good written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
2. Motorcycle & Generator Mechanic
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: TVET Diploma in Automotive Engine Service or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in relevant positions.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
3. Senior Property Valuation Engineer
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BSc degree in Civil Engineering field of study.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in property valuation, preferably within the Banking or Microfinance Institution (MFI) industries.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
4. Reconciliation and Settlement Accountant
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a related position for Bachelor’s degree holders, or 4 years of experience for Diploma holders, preferably in a Bank or Microfinance Institution (MFI).
- Location: Head Office.
5. Human Capital Business Partner Division Manager
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years (for MBA/MA) or 9 years (for BA) of relevant work experience, out of which 3 years must be in a senior position, preferably within Microfinance Institutions (MFI) or Banks.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Location: Head Office.
