Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through support in the areas of Health, Education, and Policy Advocacy. It is established in 2019.
Position : Assistant Teacher
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Background
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Science, or any related field.
- Experience: 0 years of experience (suitable for fresh graduates).
- Advantageous: Specialization or coursework in Special Needs Education is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of current educational and instructional methodologies and techniques.
Priority Consideration
- Priority will be given to female candidates during the selection process.
Location & Compensation
- Workplace: Deborah Academy, located in Sheger City Administration, Legatafo Legedadi Sub City.
- Gross Salary: ETB 7,500.00
- Required Personnel: 5 individuals
