Position 1: Production Helper (PCI)
Position Overview
The Production Helper (PCI) role supports manufacturing operations within the production line. The position is suitable for fresh graduates with technical training who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Assist in daily production and assembly activities
👉 Support machine operators and technicians during manufacturing processes
👉 Handle basic tools and equipment according to safety standards
👉 Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area
👉 Follow workplace safety rules and production guidelines
👉 Perform other production-related duties assigned by supervisors
Educational Qualifications
👉 TVET (10+3) Diploma in General Mechanics or General Metal Fabrication and Assembly
Experience
👉 No prior work experience is required

Position 2: Senior Training & Development Officer
Position Overview
The Senior Training & Development Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training and development programs. The role focuses on enhancing workforce skills and supporting organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Design and implement training and development programs
👉 Assess training needs across departments
👉 Coordinate internal and external training activities
👉 Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
👉 Prepare training plans, schedules, and reports
👉 Support organizational learning and capacity-building initiatives
👉 Maintain training records and documentation
Educational Qualifications
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field
👉 Background in Training and Development
Experience
👉 Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
