Position 1: Tiles and HCB Production Foreman
Position Overview
The Tiles and HCB Production Foreman is responsible for supervising production activities related to hollow concrete blocks (HCB) and tiles, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Supervise daily HCB and tile production operations
👉 Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
👉 Coordinate production staff and equipment usage
👉 Monitor material usage and report production performance
👉 Ensure workplace safety and proper equipment handling
Educational Qualifications
👉 BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5 year work experience.
Position 2: Construction Engineer
Position Overview
The Construction Engineer supports planning, execution, and supervision of construction works in line with project specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Supervise construction activities and site operations
👉 Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and standards
👉 Prepare technical reports and progress updates
👉 Coordinate with project teams and contractors
👉 Support quality control and safety implementation
Educational Qualifications
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Work Experience
👉 above 10 years of total experience in construction of Roads, railways, air fields, dams or any other Mega Projects Or above with 5 years in the same position.
Position 3: Senior Secretary
Position Overview
The Senior Secretary provides administrative and secretarial support to management, ensuring efficient office operations and document management.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Manage office correspondence and documentation
👉 Schedule meetings and prepare reports
👉 Maintain records and filing systems
👉 Support administrative and office coordination tasks
Educational Qualifications
👉 Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
Position 4: Senior Industrial Electrician
Position Overview
The Senior Industrial Electrician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in industrial and plant environments.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Maintain and repair industrial electrical systems
👉 Support electrical operations in batching, asphalt, and crusher plants
👉 Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
👉 Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
Educational Qualifications
👉 Degree or Diploma in Industrial Electricity
Work Experience
👉 6 to 8 years or more experience in batching, asphalt, and crusher plants
Position 5: Plant Maintenance Foreman
Position Overview
The Plant Maintenance Foreman oversees mechanical maintenance activities for construction plants, ensuring reliable operation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Supervise maintenance of crusher, batching, and asphalt plants
👉 Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
👉 Lead maintenance teams and assign tasks
👉 Ensure equipment availability and safety compliance
Educational Qualifications
👉 BSc Degree, Degree, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in plant maintenance
