Position 1: Call Center Agent
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: No prior experience required ( 0 year )
Educational Requirement:
π BSc or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
π Graduation year must be 2024 or 2025
Key Responsibilities:
π Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
π Provide accurate information on bank products and services
π Record and escalate customer issues as required
π Maintain customer service standards and confidentiality
Position 2: IT Security Officer I
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: 1β2 years of relevant experience
Educational Requirement:
π MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields
Preferred Certifications:
π CompTIA Security+
π CEH (Entry-level)
π ISO 27001 Foundation
π Network+
Key Responsibilities:
π Support implementation of information security controls
π Monitor systems for security risks and vulnerabilities
π Assist in incident response and compliance activities
π Maintain security documentation and reports
Position 3: Call Center Supervisor
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: 4β5 years of relevant work experience
Educational Requirement:
π BSc or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
π Supervise and support call center agents
π Monitor service quality and performance indicators
π Prepare operational reports and schedules
π Ensure compliance with customer service standards
Position 4: Senior DFS Reconciliations & Settlements Officer
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: 4β5 years of relevant work experience
Educational Requirement:
π MA or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
π Perform digital financial service reconciliations and settlements
π Investigate discrepancies and resolve transaction issues
π Prepare financial and reconciliation reports
π Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
