Job Requirements
Education : Diploma / 10+3 / 4 in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields
Experience : 4 years of experience in banking operations
COC (Certificate of Competency) – Mandatory
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Training Officer
Job Requirements
Education : BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or other related fields
Experience : 5.5 years of experience OR MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry. At least 2 years as a relevant officer position
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
