1. Branch Manager I (IFB Full-fledged Branches)
The Branch Manager for Interest-Free Banking is responsible for overseeing the operations of full-fledged IFB branches, ensuring that all services and products align with the bank’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
👉 A BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related discipline.
👉 A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
👉 At least 2 years of service at a supervisory level specifically within IFB Branch Management.
👉 Place of Work: Fajr Quba (Atena Tera area) and Fajr Amana (Furi area).
2. Principal Social Media Analyst
The Principal Social Media Analyst leads the bank’s digital presence, analyzing trends and engagement to support the institution’s communication and marketing strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
👉 A BA degree in Journalism & Communication, Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Leadership, or Business Administration.
👉 A minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking sector.
👉 At least 2 years of experience specifically serving as a Senior Social Media Analyst.
👉 Place of Work: Head Office.
3. Senior Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer
This role focuses on maintaining high standards of financial transparency by ensuring all reporting complies with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Requirements and Qualifications:
👉 A BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
👉 A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting.
👉 At least 2 years of service specifically as a Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer.

4. Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer
