Key Responsibilities
E-Voucher Implementation and Coordination
👉 Provide technical support, leadership, and coordination for the end-to-end rollout and day-to-day operations of the E-Voucher system within the designated Zone/Woreda.
👉 Promptly troubleshoot and resolve operational, technical, and logistical challenges encountered in the field.
👉 Manage the distribution and activation process for E-Vouchers.
👉 Conduct awareness campaigns in collaboration with MFIs, MPCs, and agricultural experts to ensure the registration and utilization of the E-Voucher system by all eligible farmers.
👉 Ensure rigorous collection of data related to voucher distribution, redemption, and beneficiary feedback.
👉 Monitor end-user compliance with all agreed-upon terms for the E-Voucher.
👉 Analyze field data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for implementation improvement.
👉 Conduct follow-up visits post-troubleshooting to verify optimal system functionality.
👉 Oversee the routine maintenance of assigned devices and systems to ensure longevity and prevent failure.
👉 Identify technical or operational problems during implementation and propose practical, actionable solutions.
👉 Prepare and submit regular weekly and monthly reports on activities, achievements, and challenges to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in any field. Preference will be given to candidates with a BA in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Experience: Zero (0) years of previous work experience is required. This position is open to fresh graduates.
