1. Senior Nurse (10 Positions)
Role Requirements
- Qualification: BSc Degree in Nursing.
- Required Quantity : 10
- License: Must possess a valid professional practicing license from the relevant Ethiopian authority.
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven clinical nursing experience acquired in a hospital setting.
2. Phlebotomist (4 Positions)
Role Requirements
- Qualification: BSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. Specialized training or certification in Phlebotomy is highly advantageous.
- Required Quantity : 4
- License: Must possess a valid professional practicing license from the relevant Ethiopian authority.
- Experience: Medium-level experience (1 to 2 years) in professional phlebotomy and specimen collection, preferably gained in a hospital environment.
General Requirements for All Candidates
- Commitment: Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage responsibilities under pressure.
- Language: Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Amharic.
- Technology: Computer literacy is considered beneficial for the role.
