Meftehe Microfinance aims to fill the gap that producers and SMEs are facing. Position 1: Junior Accountant
Requirements & Qualifications
👉 Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field; OR a College Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
👉 Experience (BA Holders): A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
👉 Experience (Diploma Holders): A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
👉 Certification: Candidates with a Diploma must possess a valid Certificate of Competency (COC).
Position 2: Risk Management
Requirements & Qualifications
👉 Education: BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field of study.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
👉 Seniority: At least 3 years of the total experience must be in a senior-level position.
Position 3: Internal Auditor
Requirements & Qualifications
👉 Education: BA Degree or College Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting.
Position 4: Finance Manager
Requirements & Qualifications
👉 Education: BA or MA Degree specifically in Accounting.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
👉 Management Experience: At least 3 years must have been served in a managerial position.
