Position Overview
Kerchanshe Trading P.L.C is seeking a motivated and confident Junior Sales Officer to support its sales operations. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates without prior work experience who are interested in developing practical skills and building a long-term career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Support sales team members in identifying and contacting potential customers
👉 Assist in promoting company products and services through calls, visits, and follow-ups
👉 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
👉 Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
👉 Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the supervisor
👉 Learn and understand company products, pricing structures, and sales strategies
👉 Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
👉 Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits
👉 Provide basic customer support and respond to routine customer inquiries
👉 Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Educational Qualifications
👉 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
👉 No prior work experience is required

👉 Basic communication and interpersonal skills
👉 Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
👉 Confidence in approaching customers and presenting products
👉 Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
👉 Ability to work effectively as part of a team
