Position 1: Junior Accountant – Treasury
Employment Type: Temporary (Six Months Maternity Cover)
Position Overview
The Junior Accountant – Treasury role supports accounting and treasury-related activities, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Support daily treasury and accounting operations
👉 Assist in preparing financial records and documentation
👉 Ensure proper handling of financial transactions and records
👉 Support tax compliance and documentation processes
👉 Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
👉 Use accounting systems and software for data entry and reporting
Educational Qualifications
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
👉 Relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred
Required Skills and Competencies
👉 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
👉 Knowledge of tax compliance procedures
👉 Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
👉 Excellent computer proficiency

Position 2: Administrative Officer
Employment Type: Contract (Four Months)
Position Overview
The Administrative Officer position provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office and HR-related processes. The role is suitable for fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
👉 Assist with basic HR processes and documentation
👉 Maintain office records and correspondence
👉 Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office activities
👉 Prepare reports and documents using standard office software
👉 Support other administrative tasks as required
Educational Qualifications
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field
