Position Overview
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering customer-focused financial services and supporting daily branch operations. The role requires experience in microfinance or banking environments and strong customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Provide customer service related to financial products and services
👉 Handle client inquiries, account-related requests, and documentation
👉 Support loan processing and follow-up activities
👉 Maintain accurate customer records and reports
👉 Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
👉 Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Educational Qualifications
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in microfinance institutions, banks, or related organizations
Position 2: Driver II

Position Overview
The Driver II position is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services while ensuring proper vehicle handling and maintenance. The role requires practical driving experience and knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
👉 Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
👉 Follow traffic rules and road safety regulations
👉 Keep accurate vehicle logbooks and service records
👉 Report mechanical issues and accidents promptly
👉 Support office transportation needs as assigned
Educational Qualifications
👉 Completion of Secondary School
👉 Automotive training with certification
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 2 years relevant driving experience
Required Skills and Competencies
👉 Good understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance
