Position 1: Principal Human Resource Management Officer

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale

Position Overview

The Principal Human Resource Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and strengthening human resource management functions at the head office level. The role requires advanced professional experience in HR management and leadership in people-related policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

👉 Lead and coordinate core human resource management activities
👉 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
👉 Provide technical guidance on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
👉 Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
👉 Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
👉 Prepare HR-related reports and recommendations for management

Educational Qualifications

👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

👉 Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience
👉 At least 2 years of service as a Senior Human Resource Management Officer

Position 2: Trainee Banker

Position Overview

The Trainee Banker position is designed for recent graduates who wish to build a professional career in banking. The role provides foundational exposure to banking operations and customer service under structured supervision.

👉 Support day-to-day banking and customer service operations
👉 Assist in handling basic account and transaction-related activities

Educational Qualifications

👉 Minimum CGPA: Above 3.25
👉 No prior work experience required
👉 Proficiency in Afaan Oromo
👉 Successful completion of the national exit examination
