Position: Assistant Manager, Customer Service & Operations
Grade: D
Position Overview
The Assistant Manager, Customer Service & Operations supports branch management by overseeing customer service delivery and operational activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient branch operations, service quality, and compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Supervise customer service and operational functions at branch level
👉 Ensure efficient handling of customer transactions and service requests
👉 Support implementation of banking policies, procedures, and controls
👉 Monitor service quality and address operational issues
👉 Support staff performance and daily workflow coordination
👉 Prepare operational reports and support branch management activities
Educational Qualifications
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Accounting
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer or in an equivalent position
👉 Alternatively, at least 4 years of relevant work experience in the banking industry
