Position 1: Call Center Agent

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: No prior experience required ( 0 year )

Educational Requirement:
πŸ‘‰ BSc or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
πŸ‘‰ Graduation year must be 2024 or 2025

Key Responsibilities:
πŸ‘‰ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
πŸ‘‰ Provide accurate information on bank products and services
πŸ‘‰ Record and escalate customer issues as required
πŸ‘‰ Maintain customer service standards and confidentiality


Position 2: IT Security Officer I

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience

Educational Requirement:
πŸ‘‰ MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields

Preferred Certifications:
πŸ‘‰ CompTIA Security+
πŸ‘‰ CEH (Entry-level)
πŸ‘‰ ISO 27001 Foundation
πŸ‘‰ Network+

Key Responsibilities:
πŸ‘‰ Support implementation of information security controls
πŸ‘‰ Monitor systems for security risks and vulnerabilities
πŸ‘‰ Assist in incident response and compliance activities
πŸ‘‰ Maintain security documentation and reports


Position 3: Call Center Supervisor

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant work experience

Educational Requirement:
πŸ‘‰ BSc or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields

Key Responsibilities:
πŸ‘‰ Supervise and support call center agents
πŸ‘‰ Monitor service quality and performance indicators
πŸ‘‰ Prepare operational reports and schedules
πŸ‘‰ Ensure compliance with customer service standards


Position 4: Senior DFS Reconciliations & Settlements Officer

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant work experience

Educational Requirement:
πŸ‘‰ MA or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields

Key Responsibilities:
πŸ‘‰ Perform digital financial service reconciliations and settlements
πŸ‘‰ Investigate discrepancies and resolve transaction issues
πŸ‘‰ Prepare financial and reconciliation reports
πŸ‘‰ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
