Positions: 1. Operation Manager
Required : As Needed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or related field Experience: Above six (6) years of relevant (direct) experience, preferably within the Financial Sector (MFI, Bank, or SACCOs). Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an added advantage.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa – Head Office
Position : 2. Strategic Planning & Relationship Department Head
Required: 1
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field
Experience: Six (6) years and above of relevant experience in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, or relationship management (preferably in SACCOs or financial cooperatives).
Duty Station: Addis Ababa – Head Office
Position : 3. Branch Manager
Required: As Needed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Six (6) years and above of relevant (direct) experience, preferably in the Financial Sector (MFI, Bank, or SACCOs). Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an added advantage.

Position : 4. Senior IT Maintenance Officer
Required: As Needed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Experience: Four (4) years and above of relevant experience, preferably in hardware and software installation
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position : 5. Branch Marketing and Members Relationship Officer
Required: As Needed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial sector
Duty Station: Addis Ababa and Area
Position : 6. Senior Marketing Officer
Required: As Needed Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or related field
Experience: Four (4) years and above of relevant (direct) experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the Financial Sector (MFI, Bank, or SACCOs)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa and Area, Adama, Sheger City, and Mekelle
Position : 7. Call Center Officer (Female Only)
Required: 6
Education: Grade 10 completed and above Experience: Zero (0) years and above
Duty Station: Addis Ababa and Addis Ababa Area
Position : 8. Senior System Supporter Officer
Required: As Needed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience: Four (4) years and above of relevant (direct) experience in system/network support roles, supporting systems, software, and hardware development; Java and Python knowledge preferred. Preferably within the Financial Sector (MFI, Bank, or SACCOs).
Duty Station: Addis Ababa and Addis Ababa Area
Position : 9. Senior Planning and Budgeting Officer
Required: As Needed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields Experience: Four (4) years and above of relevant (direct) experience in strategic planning and budgeting processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and compliance with national and institutional financial planning frameworks. Preferably within the Financial Sector (MFI, Bank, or SACCOs).
Duty Station: Addis Ababa and Addis Ababa Area
