Reality Construction & Real Estate is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill several positions within its Addis Ababa operations. The available roles span across administrative, technical, and management departments, catering to various levels of expertise from entry-level to senior management.
Available Positions and Requirements
1. Receptionist
👉 Possession of a degree in any Social Science field.
👉 A minimum of one year of professional work experience.
2. Store Keeper
👉 An MA or BA degree in Supplies Management or a related field.
👉 At least 4 years of related professional experience.
👉 Prior experience working within the real estate industry is preferred.
3. General Service and Transportation Officer
👉 A BA degree in Management or a related field of study.
👉 A minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
👉 This position is based in Addis Ababa.
4. Motorist
👉 At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a motorist.
5. Data Collector
👉 Candidates may hold a Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction with at least one year of experience in building construction.
👉 Alternatively, a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction with a minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction is acceptable.
6. Marketing Manager
👉 A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
👉 A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with preference given to those with a real estate background.
👉 Proficiency in developing marketing strategies, campaign management, and market research.
👉 Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
👉 Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and trend analysis.
👉 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
👉 The capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
