👉 6–8 years of relevant work experience
👉 3–4 years of experience in a senior-level position
Position 2: Localization & National Society Development (NSD) Division Manager
Requirements:
👉 First or Second degree in International Relations, Humanitarian Affairs, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
👉 8–10 years of relevant work experience
👉 4–6 years of experience in managerial roles
Position 3: Senior Localization and Branch Capacity Building Officer
Requirements:
👉 Degree in Management, International Development, Public Administration, Governance, Regional and Local Development, Development Studies, Business Administration, Leadership, Organizational Development, Community Development, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields
👉 6–8 years of relevant work experience
👉 3–5 years of experience in a senior-level position
Position 4: Office Assistant / Administration Assistant
Requirements:
👉 First degree or Diploma in Management, Management Information Systems, Office Management, Secretarial Science, or related field
👉 4–6 years of experience in office management and administrative support
Role Overview
The positions involve supporting organizational development, program implementation, and administrative functions within ERCS. Candidates are expected to contribute to humanitarian and development initiatives through professional expertise and effective coordination.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Plan and implement business development and marketing strategies
👉 Manage and oversee program divisions and capacity-building initiatives
👉 Support branch development and organizational strengthening activities
👉 Provide administrative and office management support
👉 Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments
