Position 1: Senior IT Cyber Security Risk Management Officer
Requirements:
👉 Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields
👉 Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity
👉 At least 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM)
👉 Proven experience in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and implementation of cybersecurity frameworks
Position 2: Senior Financial Risk Management Officer
Requirements:
👉 Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or related fields
👉 Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferably in banking or financial services
👉 At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in areas such as risk management, loan review, credit management, strategy, research, finance, treasury, compliance, or branch operations
Role Overview
The roles involve managing and monitoring risks that may affect the bank’s operations. The IT Cyber Security Risk Management Officer focuses on cybersecurity frameworks and compliance, while the Financial Risk Management Officer oversees financial and operational risks within the institution.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks
👉 Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks
👉 Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
👉 Conduct risk assessments and prepare analytical reports
👉 Support business continuity and cybersecurity initiatives (for IT role)
👉 Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen risk control systems
Qualifications
