Available Positions
1. Special Advisor for Field Epidemiology Program
Location: Nationwide (with sub-national travel)
Role Overview:
Provides strategic leadership and advisory support for the Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program (FELTP), including coordination and high-level program guidance.
Requirements:
👉 Master of Public Health (MPH) in Field Epidemiology
👉 Minimum of 16 years of public health experience
👉 At least 10 years in senior advisory and coordination roles within FELTP
Salary: 84,197 ETB
2. Routine Immunization Support Manager
Location: Nationwide (frequent travel to remote areas)
Role Overview:
Leads immunization program implementation and monitoring, with a focus on maternal and child health (MCH) and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
👉 Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, or Epidemiology
👉 Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
👉 At least 5 years specifically in immunization programs and data analysis
Salary: 54,104 ETB
3. Grant Finance Manager
Location: Ethiopia
Role Overview:
Manages financial planning, reporting, and compliance for grant-funded health programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
👉 BA, Master’s, or PhD in Accounting and Finance
👉 10–14 years of financial management experience (depending on qualification)
👉 At least 6 years supporting grant finance at federal or regional health bureau level
Salary: 54,104 ETB
4. Senior EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Coordinator
Location: Addis Ababa (Ministry of Health)
Role Overview:
Oversees the development, implementation, and management of EMR systems within the national health infrastructure.
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or Digital Health
👉 10–12 years of relevant experience in system development and implementation
👉 Minimum of 3 years supporting EMR systems at the federal level
Salary: 43,283 ETB
5. Senior Special Advisor for Grant Finance Management
Location: Ethiopia
Role Overview:
Provides high-level advisory support on financial strategy, grant management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Requirements:
👉 BA, Master’s, or PhD in Accounting and Finance
👉 Extensive experience in senior financial advisory roles and strategic planning
