Position: Institution Relationship Manager
Role Overview
The Institution Relationship Manager will oversee and strengthen the bank’s relationships with institutional clients. The role involves managing key accounts, supporting resource mobilization initiatives, and maintaining long-term business partnerships that align with the bank’s operational objectives.
The successful candidate will also provide leadership support in institutional banking activities and contribute to service quality improvement for institutional customers.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a BSc or BA Degree in one of the following fields:

👉 Economics
👉 Management
👉 Business Administration
👉 Banking and Finance
👉 Related fields of study
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 8 years of professional banking experience is required.
👉 Applicants must have practical experience in customer relationship management and resource mobilization activities.
👉 At least 2 years of the required experience must be in a supervisory or leadership position.
