Role Overview
The Compliance Management Division Manager will oversee compliance-related activities, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and support the implementation of internal compliance frameworks within the bank.
Requirements
👉 BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field
👉 Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
👉 At least 4 years of experience at supervisory or managerial level
👉 Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in Compliance Management
Key Responsibilities
👉 Oversee compliance monitoring and reporting activities
👉 Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
👉 Develop and implement compliance procedures and controls
👉 Coordinate risk and compliance assessments

Role Overview

Requirements

👉 Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
👉 At least 2 years of experience as Senior Risk Management Officer
