1. Branch Manager I

👉 Education: M.A./B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
👉 Experience: 5 to 7 years of banking work experience, including at least 2 years as a Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking positions.
👉 Location: Melka Rafu, Awebera, and Sabian Mesekelegna branches under Dire Dawa District.

2. Senior Dispute Settlement Officer

👉 Education: M.A./B.A. degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
👉 Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a Dispute and Settlement Officer or equivalent positions.

3. Senior Payment Card Support Officer

👉 Education: M.A./B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
👉 Experience: 4 to 6 years of banking work experience, including at least 2 years as a Payment Card Support Officer or equivalent digital banking position.
👉 Location: Head Office.

4. Junior Dispute Settlement Officer

👉 Education: B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 1 year of work experience in digital banking business areas (e.g., dispute settlement, digital banking positions).

Salary: Based on the bank’s salary scale, plus attractive fringe benefits.
