Role Overview

The Branch Customer Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing customer service operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring quality service delivery at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

👉 Manage and improve customer service standards

👉 Monitor customer experience and service quality

👉 Handle customer concerns and service-related issues

👉 Support branch business growth and customer retention

👉 Ensure compliance with bank policies and operational procedures


Position 2: Junior Banker

Qualifications

Experience
