Fast Track Import is looking for two (2) IT Officers to join its team. This entry-level position is suitable for individuals with a foundational understanding of IT systems and a desire to grow their technical skills in a professional environment.
Role Overview
The IT Officer will be responsible for providing essential technical support, assisting with system maintenance, and helping to manage IT equipment. The role involves a mix of hands-on troubleshooting and administrative tasks to ensure the company’s IT infrastructure operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
👉 Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
👉 Assist in system and network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
👉 Support the installation and configuration of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
👉 Help maintain IT documentation, records, and user guides.
Requirements & Qualifications
👉 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 0 years to a maximum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
