Jerusalem Children and Community Development Organization (JeCCDO) is looking for a Community Development Facilitator to be based in Bahirdar. This role is central to the organization’s mission, focusing on the direct implementation and facilitation of development projects within local communities. The successful candidate will work to support community-led initiatives and ensure project objectives are met effectively.
Responsibilities
👉 Facilitate community-based project activities and development initiatives.
👉 Engage and mobilize community members and stakeholders to participate in programs.
👉 Conduct field visits and monitor project progress.
👉 Prepare and submit timely reports on project activities and outcomes.
👉 Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational guidelines and standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
👉 Gender: Female.
👉 Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Social Science, Development Studies, or a related field.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for a diploma holder or 4 years for a degree holder.
