Responsibilities
👉 Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
👉 Provide accurate information about the bank’s services and products
👉 Facilitate daily banking transactions and maintain professional customer relationships
👉 Ensure a positive and professional service experience for all clients
Requirements & Qualifications
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related social science field
👉 A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5
👉 Must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025
👉 Age must not be more than 25 years old
👉 No prior professional experience is required
