1. Branch Manager Grade C
This is a senior role responsible for the overall performance, management, and strategic direction of a branch.
Job Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
👉 Minimum of 6.5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at a principal officer grade or equivalent. (4.5 years for Master’s Degree holders).
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Goro (Gombola), Asebe Teferi, Kombolcha, Nifas Silk, Merawi, Dangila Terara, Doyogena Dire Dawa, Ambo.
2. Human Capital Management Officer
This position is key in executing various human capital (HR) functions to support the staff and operations of the bank.
Job Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
👉 Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably within the banking industry.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
3. Human Capital Training and Development (T&D) Officer
This role focuses on implementing effective learning and development strategies to enhance employee competencies across the bank.
Job Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
👉 Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably within the banking industry.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
4. Administrative Assistant
This position provides crucial clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Job Requirements:
👉 Diploma/10+3/Level 3 in Secretarial Science and Office Management, or a related field.
👉 Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking industry.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.
