Role Overviews
Management and Leadership
➠ Project Manager (11): Lead and oversee all aspects of large-scale road construction projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality specifications, with significant experience in a managerial capacity.
➠ Project Equipment Admin & Maintenance Head (1): Oversee the management, maintenance, and administration of all project heavy equipment, ensuring operational readiness and minimizing downtime for projects outside of Addis Ababa.
➠ Office Engineer Head (10): Lead the technical office team, managing documentation, design coordination, quantity surveying, and reporting for major construction projects.
Engineering and Technical Roles
➠ Construction Engineer (7): Provide technical oversight and expertise in the execution of road construction works, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
➠ Safety Engineer (8): Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures across construction sites to ensure adherence to HSE standards and minimize risk.
➠ Site Engineer (9): Supervise daily on-site construction activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is executed efficiently and according to design plans.
➠ Office Engineer (6): Manage project documentation, technical submittals, progress reports, quantity surveying, and contract administration from the Head Office.
Support and Administration
➠ Senior Accountant (4): Manage complex financial records, prepare statements, handle taxation, and oversee financial reporting processes within the Head Office, requiring substantial experience in the construction sector.
➠ Project Store Keeper (3): Manage and control all project materials and inventory at the site store, ensuring accurate records and timely issuance of goods.
➠ Tools Keeper (2): Manage and track smaller tools and equipment within the construction company, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and issuance.
➠ Earth Work Foreman (5): Direct and supervise on-site earthwork operations for road construction, guiding labor teams and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Compensation and Application Information
Salary: Negotiable and Attractive.
Location: Positions are available either at Head Office (Addis Ababa) or at various Project Sites (out of Addis Ababa), as indicated above.
