Position: Junior Technician
G Power Manufacturing PLC is recruiting 10 Junior Technicians to join its engineering and maintenance teams. This entry-level role is suited for aspiring engineers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair within a manufacturing environment.
Role Overview
The Junior Technician will work under direct supervision to support senior staff in the technical upkeep of company equipment and systems. The position demands adherence to established technical guidelines and a diligent approach to troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for the Junior Technician include:
👉 Assisting senior technicians and engineers in the installation, routine maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and operational systems.
👉 Strictly following all established technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all tasks.
👉 Performing basic troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical faults in equipment.
👉 Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
👉 Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Essential Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
👉 Education: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field of study.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 0 years up to a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
