1. Graduate Trainee

Requirements & Qualifications:
👉 Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related business field of study.
👉 Experience: Zero years of work experience.
👉 Specific Requirement: Must be a Graduate of 2025 G.C. with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.75 and above.
👉 Certification: Must have passed the national exit exam.
2. Junior System Administration Officer
Role Overview: The Junior System Administration Officer will be responsible for supporting the bank’s IT infrastructure, focusing on network design, implementation, and system administration to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Location: Head Office.
Requirements & Qualifications:
👉 Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science. 👉 Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience.
👉 Technical Skills: Proven experience in computer network design and implementation for both LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network).
👉 Advantageous Skills: Experience in system administration within a heterogeneous environment, particularly UNIX and VMware.
3. Customer Service Officer III
Role Overview: This role is essential for maintaining effective branch operations, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service, processing transactions, and handling operational duties.
Location: Addis Ababa, Jigjiga, Mizan Aman, and Legetafo Branch.
Requirements & Qualifications:
👉 Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related business field of study.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 3 years of related work experience in banking operations.
4. Branch Manager
Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the assigned branch, ensuring all operations align with the bank’s policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
Location: Addis Ababa, Jigjiga, Mizan Aman, and Legetafo Branch.
Requirements & Qualifications:
👉 Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related business field of study.
👉 Experience: A minimum of 6 years of work experience in banking operations, which must include at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
